Day Wise Itinerary

Day 1: (Tue 20th May): Cochin - Arrival and Sightseeing

Welcome to Cochin, Kerala’s commercial capital. Upon arrival, you will meet your driver and guide at the airport exit and be transferred to your hotel. Later, embark on the Cochin Heritage Tour, which includes visits to the Jewish Synagogue, Jewish Town, Mattanchery Palace, Chinese fishing nets, St. Francis Church, and the seashore. You may also opt for a sunset cruise. Enjoy an overnight stay at the hotel

After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Munnar (Approx. 4.30hrs).Munnar is a hill station located in the Idukki district of Kerala. Situated at an altitude of 3,800 feet. This traditional beautiful town is popular for its tea estates. Munnar is popular among nature lovers, wildlife enthusiasts, honeymooners, adventure enthusiasts and almost every kind of traveller. Enjoy your ride to Munnar, beautiful Hill station, on the way stop at places to see Waterfalls, Spice Garden (optional), Elephant safari (optional) Zip line (optional). On arrival, check into the Hotel, Spend the leisure time at the hotel. Overnight stay at Munnar Hotel.

After breakfast, please proceed for a day of Munnar sightseeing. The itinerary includes visits to the following attractions: • Mattupetty Dam • Kundala Lake • View point • Photo point • Blossom Garden • Tea Museum • Botanical Garden • Rajamalai (Eravikulam National Park)

In the evening, you will have free time for leisure activities or personal interests. You will spend the night in Munnar. Optionally, you can choose to attend traditional Kathakali and Kalaripayattu shows during the evening hours. (Furthermore, we offer assistance in booking entry tickets for Eravikulam National Park well in advance, which can save you a significant amount of time. The cost for this service is Rs250 per person)

Morning after Breakfast departs from Munnar and proceeds towards Thekkady (3Hrs). Enjoy your drive to Thekkady through the up hills of Cardamom plantations. The greatest attraction of Thekkady is Periyar wildlife sanctuary. The sanctuary can be accessed through trekking, boating or jeep safari(optional), on arrival at Thekkady check into the hotel and later visit Periyar boat safari at Extra cost (the last trip is at 3.30 pm). Overnight stay at Thekkady Hotel, Evening guests can visit cultural shows [optional], Elephant Rides and other popular activities, Ayurvedic Massages etc. (optional). Overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Alleppey (Approx. 4.30hrs). On arrival check into Houseboat for those who have opted for Houseboat stay. Welcome drink, lunch, evening tea snacks, dinner & Breakfast will be served on board in Houseboats. Guest can sit back and enjoy the panoramic view of water world as you passes through the canals, lakes, estuary and lagoons watching the day today life of people and watching temples, churches, coir making cottage industries, toddy tapping etc., Houseboat will be embarked by sunset in safe place and guest are allowed to move out to interact with locals and they can go for walking in the premise. Dinner will be served at 8.00 pm onward at houseboats, Televisions are cable connections are made available once the boat is done its embarking by evening. Overnight stay at Houseboat

After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to KovalamTrivandrum. Proceed for the Trivandrum Sightseeing. .Trivandrum is an ancient city with tradition dating back to 1000 BC. This capital city of Kerala is a beautiful seaside metropolis built on seven hills. Sightseeing tours are included Padmanabhaswami Temple, Srichitra Art Gallery, Napier Museum and Zoo. Later proceed to Kovalam. On arrival check into the hotel. Kovalam is one of the most beautiful beach destinations in Kerala, offering a perfect setting for relaxation. You can spend your time at the beaches, enjoying the mesmerizing sunset.

Overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast, drive to Poovar Island (Please note that guests have to book a boat to access the island). Poovar is the confluence of rivers meeting the Arabian Sea and offers excellent opportunities for water sports and excursions. In the evening, drive back to the hotel in Kovalam. Explore the beaches at your own pace. Enjoy an overnight stay at the hotel

After breakfast and proceed to Trivandrum airport for your return journey. Tour ends with a smile and a couple of sweet memories.
